About the Role Databricks is building an Agentic Enterprise Applications Platform—a scalable, governed AI application platform built on Databricks that enables internal teams (GTM, Finance, HR, Legal, Product) to build production-grade agentic applications in weeks, not months. As a Staff Product Manager for Agentic AI Applications, you will define the strategy and execution plan for this platform and partner with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and impact.
What You'll Do
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Agentic AI Applications and the platform.
- Translate business needs from internal teams (GTM, Finance, HR, Legal, Product) into actionable requirements and success metrics.
- Collaborate with engineering to deliver features such as a managed agent runtime, standardized MCP connectors to enterprise systems of record, a shared UI component library with a design system, and an intelligence data/context layer.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate development and adoption of production-grade agentic applications.

- Proven product management experience in enterprise software or AI-enabled platforms.
- Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders across functions and to ship complex platform features with impact.
- Strong ownership, communication, and collaboration skills, and ability to define and measure success.
