About the Role AnewHealth is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to ensure clinical accuracy and execution of prescriptions while upholding company policies and quality standards. The role also involves leadership to help build team capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Ensure clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions
• Verification of hard copy and digital Rx’s
• Communication with healthcare professionals, patients and technicians
• Supervision and execution of incoming and outgoing prescription transfers
• Ensure all legal, privacy and compliance requirements are met
• Embody AnewHealth’s Core Values in all communications and interactions
• Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Active license in OH and must obtain a CA license within 120 days of hire
• Experience with pharmacist verification work; clinical judgment expertise
• Prior interface with OutcomesMTM and Mirixa (a plus)
• Skills & Abilities: ability to work flexible schedule; on-site in Valley View, OH; strong work ethic; collaboration; exceptional customer care; high attention to detail; problem solving; ability to multi-task; excellent communication and customer service; self-starter with minimal supervision

Nice to Have

• Experience with OutcomesMTM and Mirixa (preferred)

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time position with an average of 40 hours per week; schedule Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST
