Job Overview Intuit's Quickbooks portfolio of Services spans multiple lines of business to serve the needs of our small business and mid-market customers and prospects. We're seeking a Staff Marketing Manager to join the Integrated Marketing Team (IMT) and own its mandate for an assigned line of business: orchestrating the customer and prospect experience across channels to drive net-new-to-franchise acquisition and attach across the funnel. This leader is the strategic connective tissue between Product Marketing, channel teams, and line-of-business leadership — ensuring one coherent go-to-market narrative and driving the specific decisions to support our significant growth goals.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Business Brief for their line of business — bring together performance understanding, product roadmap sync, market and seasonal dynamics, and key inflection points into one quarterly strategic narrative, plus the specific activation decisions channels execute against.

  • Drive Program & Campaign Strategic Direction — translate that narrative and live market signal into a forward-looking plan and test-and-learn agenda.

  • Steward Messaging & Creative Coherence — ensure Product Marketing's positioning comes through as one coherent story across every channel, differentiated by where that customer is in the persuasion funnel. Match the customer need, and barrier, to the offering that is framed to serve their need best.

  • Partner on Budget & Investment Stewardship — drive recommendations on how spend should flex across channels and over the year based on business priorities, performance, and market signals.

  • Practice decision stewardship — frame cross-channel tradeoffs, surface them with the right x-functional partners, and bring a recommendation based on strong rationale.

  • Bring solid grounding in AI-driven tools and insight development for program enablement, planning, performance management, strategic analysis, and testing.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of progressive marketing experience leading cross-functional GTM strategies and orchestrating decisions across channel and product teams.

  • Deep understanding of small business and mid-market customer needs and the competitive landscape relevant to their assigned line of business.

  • Develops robust, data-backed business cases and uses marketing metrics to improve funnel performance.

  • Collaborates with peers to create cohesive, insight-driven bran
