About the Role Staff Financial Analyst in Intuit's Global Business Solutions Group within the QuickBooks Finance team. You will partner with product leadership to develop 1- and 3-year strategic plans, build financial models, and drive reporting and process improvements that support growth and profitability. What You'll Do
- Strategic planning: Be a trusted advisor to the QuickBooks Product leadership to develop and refine 1- and 3-year strategic plans, proactively highlighting headcount and expense risks and opportunities related to business growth, and drive optimal investment decisions through data-driven insights and modeling.
- Operational excellence: Partner with Product, Marketing and Business Operations to develop and monitor key performance indicators to drive insights and decision making in order to achieve strategic and financial plans.
- Modeling: Create financial models with business partners and finance colleagues to analyze optimal resource allocation, ensuring spend and headcount are allocated to maximize business outcomes.
- Financial reporting: Prepare financial reporting deliverables (month-end close package, variance explanations, etc.) to enable transparency into performance and drivers; liaise with Corporate Accounting and cross-functional partners to ensure correct accounting treatment.
- Process improvement: Drive efficiencies and continuous improvement by streamlining, standardizing and automating processes and reporting requirements. What We're Looking For
- Undergrad in Finance, Accounting or Business Management or equivalent work experience.
