About the Role The Staff Appraiser handles residential valuations for Velox Valuations First Coast in a remote-capable role, supporting UAD 3.6 readiness and URAR reporting across the First Coast and Central Florida regions. You will manage valuations, document reports, and coordinate assignments while maintaining independence and flexibility. What You'll Do
- Prepare valuations, manage assignments, and document reports to quality standards
- Provide administrative support, E&O coverage, and utilize technology tools to increase efficiency
- Collaborate with leadership and field staff to meet UAD 3.6 requirements and regulatory deadlines What We're Looking For
- Certified Residential Appraiser (Florida licensure)
- Experience with UAD 3.6 readiness and URAR forms
- Proficiency with MLS, URAR, E&O; ability to work remotely and manage schedules
- Strong attention to detail and data-driven mindset Nice to Have
- Experience with UAD 3.6 transition or similar regulatory updates
- Prior work with Velox Valuations First Coast or regional appraiser networks Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $48,000 - $150,000 per year
