About the Role Intuit is looking for an innovative and hands-on Staff AI Scientist to join the Intuit AI team in New York. You will build and deploy machine learning models using both analytical algorithms and deep learning approaches, with direct impact on hundreds of thousands of customers. What You'll Do
- Practices leadership and communication skills to influence teams and to evangelize AI science across the organization
- Collaborates with stakeholders to define success criteria and align model metrics with business goals
- Works side-by-side with product managers, software engineers, and designers in designing experiments and minimum viable products
- Leads technical work of a scrum team: initiating and designing model solutions, driving end-to-end architecture designs of the team’s work, and holding the team accountable for high quality code, git, and design What We're Looking For
- Innovative and hands-on AI Scientist with leadership experience and ability to evangelize AI across an organization
- Experience building and deploying ML models using both analytical algorithms and deep learning approaches
- Ability to define success criteria and align model metrics with business goals
- Strong collaboration skills with product managers, software engineers, and designers; experience designing experiments and MVPs
- Experience leading a scrum team and driving end-to-end architecture designs, and ensuring high quality code and practices (Git, etc.)
