About the Role Join Intuit as a Staff AI Scientist on the AI Foundations team, building state-of-the-art GenAI capabilities powering Intuit products. The role focuses on designing and scaling LLMOps and evaluation infrastructure, enabling agentic AI systems, and championing Responsible AI across customer care, security, and personalized financial guidance. What You'll Do
- Design and scale LLMOps and evaluation infrastructure
- Enable agentic AI systems
- Champion Responsible AI principles across products and platforms
- Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists to embed ML into customer care, security, and personalized financial guidance
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deploy GenAI capabilities powering Intuit products What We're Looking For
- Passion for creating transformative AI solutions and a hands-on, technically capable developer
- Experience with GenAI, large language models (LLMs), and LLMOps
- Strong understanding of evaluation methodologies and Responsible AI practices
- Ability to design scalable AI infrastructure and collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists
