About the Role The Staff AI Platform Engineer leads the engineering delivery of Tangerine's AI Platform, ensuring timely delivery, quality, resiliency and operational excellence. Reporting to the Head of Data and AI Platforms, this role partners with business and product leads to translate vision into executable plans and deliver robust AI capabilities that support Tangerine's applications and client journeys. What You'll Do
- Own the successful engineering delivery of the Tangerine AI Platform in alignment with the desired outcomes, focusing on AI/ML/Agentic platform capabilities (MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, model training, deployment, monitoring, governance) and ensuring stability, scalability, and high performance of critical platform capabilities and services.
