Staff Accountant – Western MA

Location: Greater Springfield, MA area / Hybrid

What you’ll be doing:

• Month-end accounting, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations
• General ledger analysis and researching accounting issues
• Bank reconciliations and cash-related activity
• Supporting sales & use tax filings across multiple entities/jurisdictions
• Assisting with external audit requests
• Taking on additional accounting and analytical projects as the company grow

What they’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• 2–3+ years of accounting experience
• General ledger and month-end close experience OR public accounting/audit experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a growing, multi-entity environment
• Manufacturing, construction, or related industry experience is a plus
