Katie Weigel with Robert Half Finance and Accounting is recruiting to fill a direct hire Staff Accountant for a growing real estate company in Reno. The person in this role would be working for the residential property management division. Day to day responsibilities include month-end close, tenant billings, reconciliations, owner reporting, budgeting, CAM reconciliations, fixed assets, trust accounting, and compliance with GAAP, lease agreements, and company policies. The tools used primarily are AppFolio, and the MS Office Suite.
