Job title: Stack-Off Operator - Albertville Plant I (1st Shift)
About the Role The Stack-Off position at Bachoco USA's Albertville Plant I supports the production team by stacking finished product onto pallets and preparing pallets for downstream lines. The role is safety-sensitive and may require PIE OP certification. This is a first-shift, on-site position located in Albertville, AL with hourly pay of $13.50.
What You'll Do
- Stack finished product onto pallets in accordance with customer and company specifications.
- Set up and teardown workstation; bring pallets to line and verify condition.
- Apply pallet slipcovers; tape cases as needed; verify all cases have labels and barcodes.
- Shrink wrap finished pallets; move them from line to staging area.
- Assist Manifestor with labels on cases and maintain a clean, uncluttered work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned and comply with safety requirements.
- This is a safety-sensitive position and may require PIE OP Certification.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to stack and palletize finished product per specs.
- Attention to labeling, barcodes, and accurate case packing.
- Basic packaging line experience and ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work 1st shift (7:00a–4:00p) in a plant setting.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
Nice to Have
- PIE OP Certification (may be required and will be provided by the onsite PIE Trainer).
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly wage: $13.50 per hour.
- $1/hour weekly attendance incentive and $1/hour night shift premium.
- Pay increases at 30 days and 90 days.
