Summary: We are seeking dynamic and motivated freelance professionals to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our recruitment efforts by sourcing and attracting top talent for various positions within the company.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand recruitment needs and objectives.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and records.
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- +3 years of experience in the recruitment industry within the tech industry (required).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Flexibility to work on a freelance basis.
