The Role
-
The Digital Retail Platform (DRP) Forms - Senior Systems Analyst provides senior technical ownership and coordination for the end-to-end dealership forms lifecycle, including intake, restricted-data handling, verification, rights-to-use and indemnification validation, digitization, DRP configuration and programming, quality assurance, UAT readiness support, deployment, reporting, revision management, and post-implementation sustainment.
-
The role also develops operational reporting, data-quality controls, automation, and repeatable data-delivery mechanisms that support reliable, scalable, compliant, and auditable DRP Forms operations. Working with GM business, technology, delivery, implementation, RIM, and vendor partners, the role translates requirements into supportable solutions, coordinates dependencies, resolves issues, and improves process reliability and business outcomes.
What You'll Do
-
Own and coordinate the end-to-end intake, review, digitization, configuration, testing, deployment, revision management, and maintenance of standard, custom, individual, non-standard, and applicable Reynolds & Reynolds dealership forms.
-
Process dealer form submissions through D360 and related intake channels; identify priority dealers, Common versus Non-Common forms, and restricted GM or dealer information before downstream processing.
-
Break bulk PDFs into individual forms, apply approved naming conventions, clean and format forms, and remove or replace PII, confidential information, GM personal/secret information, and dealer-restricted information with approved generic test data. Follow GM device, desktop, or VDI requirements during intake.
-
Create and maintain Jira tickets, action items, dependencies, and status updates; coordinate with the DRP Implementation team, Retail Innovation Managers (RIM), Forms, Verification, Engineering, and QA teams.
-
Verify form completeness, current version, ownership, licensing, authorization, rights-to-use permissions, state/federal/OEM/brand/program requirements, dealer-specific requirements, data integrity, usability, and compliance before configuration, release, or deployment.
-
Use approved provider resources, agreements, approval records, and dealer/RIM confirmations to resolve ownership questions; maintain evidence of approval and escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate RIM, dealer, legal, or GM contact.
-
Confirm that required indemnification for Non-Common Forms has been received, documented, and stored according to procedure before the form proceeds to engineering or production.
-
Translate approved form and business-process requirements into configured digital forms, workflows, packages, mappings, and implementation-ready solutions using the DRP Form Configurator and, where applicable, the legacy Form Builder.
-
Perform pre-processing and engineering validation in DRP pre-production, including form type, size, page size, printer type, category, annotations, retail/lease requirements, special form requirements, licensing, and other approved form attributes.
-
Manage State, Brand, Program, and form revisions, custom-form requests, change activities, release readiness, go-live coordination, production transition, and issue resolution.
-
Perform and coordinate quality assurance using sample dealership forms and loan, lease, and cash scenarios; validate text, font, checkbox and field alignment, hidden fields, annotations, formulas, licensing information, indemnification records, and final production readiness.
-
Support UAT readiness by preparing test materials, coordinating defects and changes, and tracking implementation-team/dealer sign-off. Dealer UAT is owned by the DRP Implementation team.
-
Migrate approved forms to the appropriate production environment, verify production configuration, confirm that forms are live and accessible, and provide post-go-live support, change-control coordination, monitoring, and feedback-driven improvements for live dealers.
-
Build and maintain stage-based status reports, dealer-specific approved/pending reports, non-compliance and pending-approval reports, engineering readiness reports, dashboards, and other operational reporting assets using approved tools such as Power BI, Jira, and D360.
-
Maintain current process, data, workflow, mapping, scope, control, audit, and support documentation needed for repeatable, compliant, and auditable DRP Forms operations.
-
Support GM-required system access, environment onboarding, permissions, tool and platform setup or validation, monitoring, troubleshooting, security, compliance, governance, audit, safety training, and technical readiness activities.
-
As required, assemble, cleanse, transform, validate, and reconcile operational data from multiple sources; maintain data-quality controls, analytic datasets, mappings, dashboards, and repeatable data-delivery mechanisms that support DRP Forms reporting and decision-making.
-
Resolve data and process issues with business and technical partners, identify automation opportunities, and improve delivery scalability, reliability, monitoring, and repeatability.
-
Provide technical guidance, peer review, mentoring, and knowledge transfer while promoting consistent delivery practices, documentation quality, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement.
-
Follow GM security, compliance, governance, quality, and audit procedures and perform other related operational and technical duties as assigned.
-
