About the Role Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing, COE focused on direct materials within Alcon's COE procurement strategy. This onsite role based in Fort Worth, TX will develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives, drive cost improvements, and support global COE procurement strategies.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives for direct materials in line with COE procurement strategies.
- Design and execute RFPs, benchmark contracts, and participate in negotiations when needed.
- Drive analytics techniques (predictive modeling, machine learning, scenario modeling) to uncover hidden trends and opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Engineering, Materials Management, and Executive Leadership; present to senior stakeholders.
