About the Role As a Sr.Account Manager/高级销售代表, you will achieve sales objectives by providing independent sales coverage of assigned accounts or within assigned territory. This position is remote-based in Zhengzhou and supports Solventum's mission to enable better, smarter, safer healthcare. You will work in a company with a long legacy of solving big challenges and partnering with leading healthcare professionals.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for sales activities, market development, and customer service in assigned markets.
- Develop sales strategy, sales plan, and quantitative sales target for target customers in line with company business strategy and plan.
- Coordinate efforts of product marketing and promotion activities and programs to achieve monthly, and annual sales targets and objectives.
- Formulate sales plan, visit customers, and develop and establish relationships with accounts and new prospects.
- Effectively plan and manage time and resources for effective coverage of territory, communications, and coordinate other sales-related activities.
What We're Looking For
- University graduate with Medical degrees and more than two years of medical/pharma sales experience.
- Strong learning agility, selling skills, can work independently with minimum supervision.
- Resilient, can work under pressure, and good at problem-solving.
- Optimistic, hard-working and innovative.
- Strong ownership and accountability with high integrity and customer service mindset.
Nice to Have
- Dental sales experience (preferred).
- Additional language skills or regional market experience may be beneficial.
