About the Role Sr.Account Manager in Taiyuan, Dental Solutions. As a member of Solventum's dental solutions team, you will provide independent sales coverage for assigned accounts or within the territory. This role targets individuals with basic sales experience who can apply basic selling skills and manage a sales territory with regular supervision.
What You'll Do
- Provide sales coverage, market development, and customer service in assigned markets.
- Develop sales strategy, sales plan, and quantitative sales targets for target customers in line with company strategy.
- Coordinate product marketing and promotion activities to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Formulate sales plan, visit customers, and develop and establish relationships with accounts and new prospects.
- Effectively plan and manage time and resources for territory coverage and coordinate other sales-related activities.
What We're Looking For
- University graduate with Medical degrees and more than two years of medical/pharma sales experience.
- Strong learning agility, selling skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Resilient, able to work under pressure, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Optimistic, hardworking and innovative mindset.
- Strong ownership and accountability with high integrity and a customer service orientation.
- Work location: Taiyuan (Remote); travel up to 35% domestic.
- Must be legally authorized to work in China without visa sponsorship.
