About this role

About the Role This Sr. Technical Program Manager will own end-to-end delivery for the Serra program (Zephyr and Smart Speed) within the Selection Availability & Intelligence (SAI) area, and will support the XFN team's initiative to build an intelligent selection platform across EU/NA stores. You will partner with science, engineering, and product teams to ship at pace, balancing customer impact with operational constraints. What You'll Do

  • Translate business and technical requirements into actionable roadmaps by partnering with stakeholders across business and tech teams.
  • Influence engineering direction by collaborating closely with customers in Tech and Business.
  • Establish mechanisms promoting agility and engineering excellence through continuous iterations.
  • Manage program-level schedules and milestones, align competing goals, and negotiate with leadership.
  • Own resource planning, execution, and delivery of roadmap initiatives.
  • Assess and manage risks, define success metrics, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs, and balance customer needs with technical constraints.
  • Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impede the team's ability to meet business goals.
  • Synthesize problems and solutions into simple, consumable outputs, and communicate effectively to cross-functional audiences as a subject matter expert.
  • Regularly present progress, challenges, and mitigation strategies to senior leadership. What We're Looking For
  • Experience in technical product or program management
  • Experience working directly with engineering teams
  • Experience in software development
  • Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules Nice to Have
  • Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management
  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
