Job Description Summary

Our developers collaborate with product managers, back-end developers and UI/UX designers to create great and effective applications. They make sure, in a DevOps spirit, that our products meet the expected quality and availability requirements.

The ideal candidate is someone who masters Dart and/or native mobile technologies, unit testing, has a critical mind and should not be frightened by a little debugging. Familiarity with cross platforms technology is a great plus.

Software Development Engineering (High Tech) focus on developing multiple types/categories of software including end-user applications and operating systems/utility software, that provides a platform for running end user applications for sale to external customers.

The work includes:

• Conducting requirements gathering and analysis to understand business needs and technical requirements.
• Designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining mobile applications throughout the SDLC and clean architecture.
• Developing technical solutions and application architectures that are scalable, maintainable and secure.
• Supporting software enhancements, bug fixing, performance optimization, and application evolution activities.
• Applying software engineering best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, testing, CI/CD, and Agile development methodologies.

Required Skills & Profile

• 5+ years of mobile application development experience, including 2+ years of hands-on experience with Dart and Flutter, and experience delivering applications with high user traffic and availability requirements.
• Strong knowledge of iOS and Android application lifecycle, mobile architecture patterns, and state management approaches such as MVVM and BLoC.
• Experience participating in requirements analysis, solution design, RESTful API integration, and software development throughout the SDLC.
• Experience conducting code reviews, unit testing, application deployment, and production support to deliver high-quality and maintainable applications.
• Solid understanding of mobile application performance optimization, debugging, troubleshooting, networking, multithreading, and security principles.
• Proficiency with development, debugging, and source control tools, including code analyzers, performance profilers, Git, and Git Flow.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT) to improve development efficiency, code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Knowledge of localization, accessibility, and mobile application usability best practices.
• Practical experience working in Agile development environments, preferably Scrum.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
