Sr Technical Designer - Old Navy Women's Sweaters and Swim
What you'll do
-
An advanced understanding and practical application of garment construction, patternmaking, alterations, and grading.

An expert in Fit, Construction, and Quality; strong understanding of the brand and customer; one who can consistently execute to a high level of aesthetic, cost, and functional requirements.

Effective use of PLM software or Tech Pack Management system

Responsible for fit & construction risk management, plus training & empowering Supplier's fit technicians.

Ensure Physical and Digital samples comply with brand standards throughout the product creation process

Ownership and Maintenance of the block library and fit guide

Partner with Quality Assurance team to identify and implement Old Navy's best practices. Look for opportunities for continuous improvement based on customer feedback, return rates, and customer online reviews.

Who you are

Proficiency in 3D rendering and digital pattern software; ability to accurately execute, style, and pattern revisions in digital space. (ON L2 Level)

Stay up to date with relevant trends and competitor fit attributes by maintaining a customer-centric mindset and an aesthetic eye

Salary Range
-
Salary Range: $108,500.00 - $141,000.00

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
