Join Ericsson and Shape the Future of Talent Acquisition

About this opportunity

At Ericsson, we are building a next-generation Talent Acquisition organization designed to be as innovative and forward-thinking as the technology we create. As part of our newly established in-house Talent Acquisition delivery team, you will play a key role in shaping a globally connected, data-driven, and highly consultative recruitment function.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, influencing talent decisions and driving exceptional hiring outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to help build and evolve a Talent Acquisition model from the ground up while contributing directly to Ericsson’s continued success.

Working at the intersection of people, data, and technology, you will leverage advanced recruitment tools, market intelligence, and strategic sourcing approaches to attract and hire top talent. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

What you will do :

Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities.

Own end-to-end recruitment processes for senior-level and high-complexity roles.

Leverage data, market insights, and talent intelligence to guide hiring decisions and workforce planning.

Create compelling attraction strategies and job advertisements that strengthen Ericsson’s employer brand.

Build and manage diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.

Conduct candidate assessments and pre-screen interviews to identify top talent.

Drive structured and inclusive selection processes that support fair and objective hiring decisions.

Utilize modern recruitment technologies, including AI-enabled sourcing and talent-matching tools.

Manage offer negotiations, employment contracts, and candidate engagement throughout the hiring journey.

Collaborate closely with HR, business leaders, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless hiring experiences.

Ensure compliance with local legislation, GDPR requirements, and Ericsson’s recruitment policies.

Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, methodologies, and candidate experiences.

The skills you bring :

  • Solve complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions and exercising sound judgement based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
