We are seeking a Sr. Production Supervisor to ensure the successful execution of manufacturing schedules while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, lead, and develop production teams.
- Ensure compliance with operational and financial KPIs.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators such as OEE, Scrap, MUV, employee turnover, and absenteeism.
- Coordinate activities with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Human Resources, and other support functions.
- Lead efforts to ensure compliance with ISO and FSC standards.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience leading manufacturing operations.

Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Experience managing production and financial performance metrics.

Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Flexibility to work different shifts.
