About the Role AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS) owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. You’ll join a diverse team and work on challenging problems at scale, owning supply chain activities for AI/ML hardware like the Trainium accelerator. You’ll collaborate with engineering, procurement, and data center teams to launch new products, manage transitions, and minimize risk while keeping costs low. What You'll Do
- Execute strategic plans that improve service, productivity and quality, aligned to organizational and customer vision.
- Develop and implement systems of accountability to ensure ongoing, measurable performance improvement.
- Understand the technical requirements of our partners and work with internal development teams to guide the direction of supply chain activities.
- Prepare and deliver detailed data-driven business reviews to senior management, focused on new product launches or transitions.
- Drive strategic BOM reviews and qualifications with internal teams. What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules Nice to Have
