What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise manufacturing engineering activities for programs, ensuring manufacturability, process capability, and production readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, supply chain) to deliver end-to-end technology solutions that meet program schedules and quality targets.
- Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, reduce cycle times, and mentor junior engineers.
