About the Role Intel seeks a Sr. Substrates Development and Ramp Engineer to drive process and quality improvements within its supply chain, support long-range planning, and explore emerging technologies. This role partners with management and senior leadership to optimize substrate development and ramp strategies across Intel's supply chain roadmap.
What You'll Do
- Define material inspection methodologies and conduct studies related to cost control, process control, and production yield to optimize the supply chain.
- Implement plans and programs to improve supply chain performance and efficiency.
- Support product long-range plan development by defining next-generation methodology capabilities for the supply chain roadmap.
- Explore and benchmark emerging technologies in the industry to inform strategy.
- Contribute to Intel's future technology initiatives through supply chain insights.
What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting management/senior leadership to drive process and quality improvements in a complex supply chain.
- Ability to define material inspection methodologies and perform related analyses.
- Experience conducting studies on cost control, process control, and production yield with a track record of implementing optimization plans.
- Experience supporting long-range product planning by defining next-generation capabilities for the supply chain roadmap.
- Ability to explore and benchmark emerging technologies and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership to advance initiatives.
