About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and technically adept leader to head our Trade Automation initiatives. This VP-level role will be responsible for driving strategic automation projects across trade processing and reconciliation functions, integrating client trade data, and enhancing operational efficiency through cutting-edge technology solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of trade automation solutions across fund services.

• Define and execute the automation roadmap aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.

• Champion process optimization and digital transformation initiatives across trade workflows.

• Oversee integration of client trade files into internal systems, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure solutions.

• Collaborate with client service managers, product teams, and external vendors to gather requirements and deliver tailored automation strategies.

• Ensure high-quality delivery of ETL processes, data mapping, and exception handling.

• Monitor and troubleshoot automation workflows, proactively resolving issues and minimizing operational risk.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all automated processes to support audit readiness and transparency.

• Mentor and lead a team of analysts and specialists across trade automation and reconciliation domains.

• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.

• Partner with global stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business priorities.

• What We're Looking For

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, VBA, MS Access, and Excel.

• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data mapping.

• Familiarity with Advent Geneva, Paxus, and market data providers (Bloomberg, Refinitiv).

• Strong understanding of financial instruments including listed, unlisted, OTCs, derivatives, and private equity.

• Deep expertise in Fund Administration, Trade Processing, and Capital Markets.

• Experience in managing large-scale automation projects and system migrations.

• Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships globally.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
