Purpose

Bring learning to life for frontline teams across Latin America.

In this role, you’ll turn Sales Academy and business priorities into practical, engaging and scalable learning experiences. You’ll design and create content, adapt global and regional materials for LAM audiences, publish digital learning, and support markets in successfully deploying learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design practical learning experiences based on defined business needs and learning objectives.

• Create digital, instructor-led and blended learning content for Retail, Franchise, Wholesale and cross-channel initiatives.

• Adapt and localize global and regional content for different LAM markets, languages and audiences.

• Build, upload, test, publish and maintain content on approved learning platforms.

• Develop deployment materials, including toolkits, learner communications, facilitator guides and Train-the-Trainer resources.

• Collaborate with Sales Academy teams, business stakeholders, subject matter experts, markets and external content partners.

• Manage assigned learning projects, keeping deliverables, milestones, risks and stakeholders on track.

• Track learner reach, completion, feedback and learning results, using insights to continuously improve content.

• What You Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in learning design, digital content development, retail training, commercial training or a related area.

• Hands-on experience developing learning solutions from brief through publishing and deployment.

• Experience creating digital, instructor-led and blended learning materials.

• Experience with learning platforms and digital authoring tools.

• Strong project management, stakeholder collaboration and communication skills.

• Ability to simplify complex information and create relevant content for different audiences.

• Retail, consumer goods, sporting goods or frontline commercial experience is strongly preferred.

• Experience working across different markets, languages or channels is a plus.

• Professional fluency in English.

• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese; working knowledge of both is strongly preferred.

• University degree or equivalent experience in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Digital Media, Business or a related field.

• Strong Microsoft 365 skills and the ability to use approved AI tools responsibly for content creation, localization and production.
