About the Role Lead a team in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) for Amazon Logistics in Japan to shape the JP network. Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence projects to deliver a world-class customer experience, leveraging autonomy, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. What You'll Do

- Lead people management and develop the team What We're Looking For
- 5+ years cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams
- 5+ years of team management experience
- 5+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 2+ years of supply chain experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience communicating complex business concepts verbally and in writing
- Fluency in Japanese at business level or above (N1+)
- Business-proficient English Nice to Have
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- Knowledge of data analytics with tools such as Tableau, SQL, QuickSight
