About the Role The Sr. Specialist Field Services RD plays a critical, high-impact role within Randstad Digital, serving as the strategic liaison between field leadership and the broader operations ecosystem, providing essential operations support to senior leaders across RD. This is an operational support role focused on driving action, building consistency, managing escalations, and executing root cause analyses to optimize field performance. Acting as a single point of contact between field leadership and the broader operations ecosystem, this role ensures alignment and timely execution across Randstad Digital.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the strategic liaison between field leadership and the broader operations ecosystem within Randstad Digital to ensure alignment.
- Provide essential operations support to senior leaders across Randstad Digital.
- Drive action, build consistency, manage escalations, and execute root cause analyses to optimize field performance.
- Act as a single point of contact between field leadership and the broader operations ecosystem to enable timely decision-making and action.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in operational support and liaison roles, with ability to work across field leadership and corporate teams.
- Strong analytical skills for root cause analyses, and experience in driving action, managing escalations, and building consistency in field operations.
- Proven ability to support senior leaders and coordinate across a distributed organization.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: USD 72,800 – 123,600 per year.
