About the Role The Sr Software Engineer I will lead the design and evolution of systems that sit at the intersection of real-time data processing, AI-powered insights, and customer-facing product experiences. You will partner closely with Product, Design, ML, and platform teams to build scalable services, intelligent workflows, and next-generation AI capabilities that help organizations move beyond reactive incident review toward proactive, data-informed safety management. This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the United States. What You'll Do
- Lead the design and evolution of systems that process real-time data and surface AI-powered insights for safety workflows and driver analytics.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, ML, and platform teams to build scalable services, intelligent workflows, and next-generation AI capabilities.
- Create and ship proactive, data-informed safety experiences that improve supervisor workflows and safety event review.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing features and iterate rapidly in a data-driven environment. What We're Looking For
- Experience leading the design and evolution of complex, scalable systems.
- Strong background in real-time data processing, AI-powered insights, and customer-facing product experiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Design, ML, and Platform teams.
- Comfort working in a remote US environment. Nice to Have
- Experience with AI, large language models (LLMs), and agentic technologies in product development.
- Familiarity with safety, driver analytics, or fleet-management domains.
