In this assignment, you will be working with Coinbase through our Managed Service Provider—partnering with one of the most influential cryptocurrency companies in history, dedicated to empowering their customers’ success through innovative solutions.

Consolidate fragmented reviews: Design and build an AI-native, unified security review pipeline that spans multiple security domains and delivers one consolidated and comprehensive security review artifact to stakeholders.

Close the automation gap to speed up security reviews: Diagnose and eliminate manual bottlenecks in the review pipeline.

Improve review signal-to-noise ratio: Refine detection logic, review criteria, and tooling to raise the signal-to-noise ratio, reducing time engineers spend triaging false positives.

Partner cross-functionally: Work closely with security stakeholders as well as PG engineering leadership to align on a single consolidated review pipeline.

Strong background in application security, with experience running or building security review processes at scale.

Experience designing or improving automated security tooling and pipelines (SAST/DAST, policy-as-code, CI/CD-integrated checks).

Track record of reducing manual review bottlenecks and driving measurable improvements in review turnaround time and precision.

Ability to work across multiple security sub-domains and align diverse stakeholders on a unified process.

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Cyber Security
