About the Role The Engineering Platform organization builds the systems every Compass engineer relies on to build, test, deploy, and operate software. This Senior role within the Developer Intelligence pillar focuses on accelerating local engineering velocity by creating fast feedback loops, optimizing system efficiency, and delivering AI-enabled workflows.
As a Senior Engineer, you will autonomously own and implement components across observability, telemetry, software catalog systems, and AI-assisted workflows to deliver durable, high-quality capabilities. AI-enabled software development is a core responsibility, including automating developer work, improving tests, assisting with production troubleshooting, and orchestrating smart workflows across your team’s domain.
