About the Role The Sr. Sales Leader - Growth Driver is a Water treatment sales position focused on growing business and driving ChemTreat’s market position by leading the creation, improvement, and implementation of innovative sales strategies to increase share within the assigned market segment. The role primarily focuses on acquiring new customers while also managing the existing base. What You'll Do
- Familiarity with chemical water treatment systems and applications
- Provide analysis of markets, trends, competition, portfolios, technologies, and revenues
- Increase sales and profits by meeting targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars
- Retain existing customer base by fostering ChemTreat value certification and earning ROI, and actively generating new accounts
- Develop key relationships with customers: identify decision makers, prospect and cold call generation, frequent follow up, strategic questioning, and drive to root issues to identify customer needs What We're Looking For
- Bachelors of Science; Engineering or technical degree required or equivalent
- 7+ years of relevant experience; 7+ years of water treatment related experience
- Self-motivated with a strategic mindset; ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) or equivalent skills
- Industry knowledge specific to water treatment Nice to Have
- Experience with water treatment systems (boilers, cooling towers, RO, clarifiers, raw water and wastewater) and cross-functional collaboration with Technical Staff and Account Managers to develop growth strategies Compensation & Benefits
- The first-year total target compensation for this role is between $150,000-$200,000
- Uncapped variable earnings potential; compensation may increase year to year in accordance with plan terms
- The range may be modified in the future; base/variable mix determined by role and experience
