About the Role Sr. Sales Leader - Growth Driver is a water treatment sales role focused on growing business and increasing ChemTreat’s market share by leading the development and execution of innovative sales strategies to drive position and increase share within the assigned market segment. The role primarily focuses on acquiring new customers while also managing existing accounts. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand ChemTreat's market share in the assigned geography or industry, working with Technical Staff and Account Managers to craft growth plans.
- Acquire new customers through market analysis, prioritization, strategic planning, and execution; leverage knowledge in technical water treatment (boilers, cooling towers, RO, clarifiers, raw water and wastewater).
- Provide analysis of markets, trends, competition, portfolios, technologies, and revenues; meet targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.
- Retain and grow the existing customer base by promoting the ChemTreat value proposition, ROI, and by actively generating new accounts.
- Develop key customer relationships: identify decision makers, prospect and cold call, follow up, ask strategic questions, and uncover root issues to meet customer needs. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor of Science; Engineering or technical degree required or equivalent; 7+ years of relevant experience; 7+ years of water treatment experience.
- Strong knowledge of water treatment systems (boilers, cooling towers, RO, clarifiers, raw water and wastewater).
- Self-motivated with a strategic mindset; ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent.
- Industry knowledge specific to water treatment; travel dependent on territory. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: CAD 120,000 – 150,000 per year; Commission Pay eligible.
