About the Role Tower Semiconductor seeks a Sr. Sales Director for North America to lead account management for strategic customers, drive revenue growth, and ensure alignment across Business Units. This role acts as the voice of the customer to Tower and the voice of Tower to the customer, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver mutual value. What You'll Do

  • Lead the account team (including Account Manager, logistics, planning, and fab integration where needed) to grow revenue and margin.
  • Identify, materialize, and maximize growth opportunities with potential and existing customers.
  • Understand market trends in the semiconductor industry and align with Business Units on customer value propositions.
  • Define and execute sales strategy aligned with corporate AOP and quarterly targets; drive initiatives through appropriate NPIs and resource allocation.
  • Manage wafer volumes, capacity, ASPs, and NREs in collaboration with Business Units and corporate planning.
  • Own corporate/customer relationships and ensure alignment and execution between Business Units (R&D) and customers.
  • Oversee operational execution with account managers and logistics to ensure high-quality customer support and proactive reporting.
  • Develop and monitor customer report cards; drive quality across logistics, operations, and technology.
  • Co-own pricing roadmaps and ensure contractual obligations are met, flagging breaches as needed.
  • Understand TAM/SAM/SOM for target customers and grow SOM at target margins; achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets. What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales or key account management in the semiconductor industry; semiconductor foundry sales experience desired.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Technical understanding of semiconductor devices and manufacturing (preferred).
  • Highly developed negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and creative.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally. Nice to Have
  • Semiconductor foundry sales experience (preferred).
  • Technical background to support R&D interactions and customer conversations. Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: USD 220,000 – 280,000 per year.
