About the Role The Sr. Sales Director, North America at Tower Semiconductor leads strategic account management and coordinates cross-functional teams to grow revenue and margin within the North American market. The role requires strong market insight, relationship building with key customers, and alignment with business units to drive mutual value and effective execution of corporate targets. What You'll Do

  • Lead the account team and coordinate matrixed resources (Account Manager, logistics, planning, fab integration, etc.) to pursue growth opportunities with potential and existing customers.
  • Understand market trends in the semiconductor industry and align with Business Units on applicable customer value propositions, driving additional BU (R&D) activities as needed.
  • Define clear sales strategy in alignment with the Business Units and drive activities according to corporate AOP and quarterly/annual targets.
  • Manage customer wafer volumes, capacity, ASPs, and NREs in collaboration with BU and planning teams.
  • Own Tower corporate/customer relationship and serve as the voice of the customer to Tower and the voice of Tower to the customer.
  • Ensure alignment and execution between BUs (R&D) and the customer, driving mutual value over time.
  • Oversee operational execution through knowledge and real-time close alignment and oversight of account managers and customer logistics support.
  • Own the customer report card scores to proactively drive and ensure quality in all aspects of customer support (logistics, operations, technology).
  • Map out customer relationships with activities to drive all levels of relationship toward mutual success.
  • Co-own the pricing roadmap in alignment with internal business units.
  • Ensure customer and Tower meet respective contractual obligations, flag important terms/due dates, and manage any breaches or contractual conflicts.
  • Have a clear understanding of TAM/SAM/SOM at the specific customer, with continued initiatives to grow the SOM at target margins.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets. What We're Looking For
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in sales or key account management role within the semiconductor industry, with semiconductor foundry sales experience desired.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and draw conclusions.
  • Technical understanding in the field of semiconductor devices and manufacturing strongly preferred.
  • Highly developed negotiation skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse audience.
  • Excellent communicator who is organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and creative.
