About the Role
An Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Account Management team by assisting with client tasks that ensure operational health. The Account Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Client Partner and Customer Success Manager, such as routine communication, tracking account activities, ensuring timely follow-ups, and managing day-to-day tasks like reporting and invoicing.
What You'll Do

Merchant Onboarding: Onboard new locations and monitor existing locations to ensure all eligible locations are actively taking trips.

Operations Management: Actively monitor brand metrics on a regular basis to ensure that the merchant has optimal operational health.

Campaign Execution: Help implement marketing campaigns, including uploading campaigns, pulling reports and sharing updates with the Client Partner and Customer Success Manager.

Critical Reporting & Analysis: Pull operational and marketing metrics on a regular basis to identify and diagnose improvement opportunities with the merchant.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Administrative Support: Prepare reports and take meeting notes to ensure internal parties are aligned on next steps.

Basic Qualifications

+3 years of experience

Experience in Customer Success / Account Coordinator roles

Preferred Qualifications

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.

For Canada-based roles: The base salary range for this role is CAD $81,000 per year - CAD $90,000 per year.
