The team's primary focus is to consistently provide superior customer service to our underwriting business partners. Requirements
- Engineer serves as the principal conduit between the business and the software development team throughout the lifecycle of an issue or change request.
Role Purpose
The Requirement Engineer is responsible for designing and validating business systems end-to-end, combining strong hands-on business analysis and engineering capabilities with emerging system-level thinking.
They deliver production-grade business impactful systems through thorough developing solid understandings of business needs, grooming them into solution options, and translating them into robust quality technical designs for execution. The role is expected to also evolve towards a future state where system specification, AI-assisted engineering and agentic delivery models become more present.
