Overview

Leads full-cycle recruitment for mid-level salaried positions, filling openings efficiently and in alignment with company goals. Builds proactive talent pipelines to support anticipated hiring needs. Serves as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, Human Resources, and other stakeholders by developing a strong understanding of assigned roles and business needs. Builds collaborative relationships and delivers a consistently high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities: What You'll Do

• Performs full life cycle recruiting to support staffing for salaried and mid-level management roles within manufacturing plants.
• Collaborates with hiring managers to understand key elements of the role and specific needs of the business to target qualified candidates.
• Provides hiring managers and other stakeholders with market information to support positioning the role and managing expectations.
• Utilizes all resources at their disposal to source candidates for open roles, including LinkedIn, Indeed and other databases.
• Ensures all candidates have an excellent experience at each point in the process.
• Screens candidates through phone interviews to assess their qualifications, skills, needs and motivation meet the needs of the role, and their values support the Marzetti culture. Communicates choices clearly and effectively to the hiring manager.
• Coordinates and facilitates the interview process, providing support and guidance to both candidates and hiring managers ensuring a timely and effective process.
• Manages candidate pipelines and maintains accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
• Continuously evaluates and recommends improvements to our recruitment processes to streamline efficiency and enhance the candidate's experience.

Qualifications: What You'll Bring

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience recruiting in a corporate environment, manufacturing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions/Environment Works in a normal office environment where the employee is regularly required to speak, see, hear, sit, stand, talk, type, walk and bend while moving about the facility. The noise level in the office is quiet. Occasional travel to plants or meetings is required.
