Sr QA Automation Engineer

We are looking for a motivated QA Automation Engineer to join our Endpoint team and help ensure high-quality software delivery. In this role, you will develop the automation tests to validate the quality of the Proofpoint Agent. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and QA professionals, gaining hands-on experience in modern testing tools, automation frameworks, and AI-driven quality strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Automation Develop and maintain automated tests

• Contribute to test cases for the endpoint agents and their related end-to-end scenarios

• Help integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines Assist in maintaining and improving existing test frameworks

• Quality Assurance

• Execute manual and automated test cases to validate new features and bug fixes Identify, document, and track bugs clearly and effectively

• Participate in code reviews and testing discussions Learn and apply best practices in software quality and testing

• AI-Assisted Testing Support initiatives to expand test coverage using AI tools Help experiment with AI-based test generation and analysis tools

• Learn how AI can be used to identify gaps in test coverage and improve efficiency

• Collaboration & Learning

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and QA team members

• Actively learn new tools, technologies, and testing methodologies

• Ask questions, seek feedback, and continuously improve your skills

• Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Software Development and QA Automation

• Strong knowledge of Networking and Endpoint testing

• Advanced coding skills to automate processes Experience testing on Windows/Linux/MacOS environments Experience using Git
