Location: Broomfield, Colorado (Hybrid)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the remaining phases of a high-priority Enterprise Data Platform transformation. The selected professional will manage multiple technical and business workstreams from implementation through operational readiness and legacy system retirement. This leadership position requires a strong technical understanding of data and analytics ecosystems to coordinate cross-functional teams and translate risks for diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Take daily ownership of the large-scale enterprise data and analytics transformation program.

• Coordinate concurrent workstreams across data platform migration, reporting modernization, user enablement, data observability, and legacy platform retirement.

• Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and key dependencies.

• Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and status reviews with stakeholders.

• Monitor program health through robust change management and proactive risk mitigation.

• Partner with engineering, architecture, and business teams to ensure seamless operational handoffs.

• Ensure project documentation, lessons learned, and closure activities are completed successfully.

• Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

• Experience: Ten or more years of project or program management experience leading large-scale enterprise data architecture or analytics transformation initiatives.

• Technical

Skills

• Strong understanding of data warehousing, cloud data platforms, business intelligence, and reporting technologies. Experience working with modern platforms such as Snowflake, Power BI, Astronomer, or Databricks. Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365. Experience utilizing Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Active PMP certification.

• Experience within global retail or consumer products environments.

• Proven success in managing third-party implementation or development partners.

• Experience leading enterprise data warehouse modernization or cloud data platform retirement initiatives.

• Work Environment

• This position operates on a hybrid schedule. Candidates in the Denver, Colorado area are preferred to support onsite collaboration on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Strong remote candidates will be evaluated and may require occasional travel for key planning sessions.
