About the Role RBS SPEG UDE team is looking for Sr. Program Manager to drive defect elimination for WW Retail under the Financial Disputes program. This role partners with upstream tech and retail teams to drive automation and efficiency, and collaborates with senior leadership across Retail WW to achieve upstream defect elimination and deliver on business KPIs.
What You'll Do
- Lead high-impact UDE projects in cost optimization and revenue generation by identifying systemic defects, influencing upstream team roadmaps, and driving cross-organizational alignment.
- Establish comprehensive governance frameworks for UDE programs, including pipeline development, quality controls, and executive reporting mechanisms.
- Partner with senior leaders across multiple VP organizations to secure bandwidth and prioritize defect elimination over reactive fixes.
- Drive SPCtS goals through strategic UDE implementation, building robust pipelines that exceed targets while maintaining rigorous quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in Vendor Management and Retail Operations.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and drive project execution.
- Demonstrated track record leading projects at strategic and tactical levels; highly metrics-driven and capable of scaling solutions globally.
- Experience planning, budgeting, growth, delivery and productivity of programs; targets on elimination of defects causing downstream payment issues for vendors.
- Ability to engage with central product and program teams; build customer confidence through quality delivery, robust processes and reporting metrics.
