Job title: Sr Program Manager III, Sub Same Day (SSD)
About the Role The Sr Program Manager III will own strategic, tactical, cross-functional technology programs within the Sub-Same Day (SSD) delivery offering across North America. The role requires scoping and creating project plans, developing scalable processes, coordinating execution, and communicating status, risks, and process/product changes to senior leadership. Strong cross-team coordination, program management, and executive presentation skills are essential.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and solve operational barriers with a focus on identifying root causes and driving opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders worldwide to proactively identify, optimize, track and report performance.
- Develop and utilize data inputs and KPIs to inform operational adjustments.
- Define and create scalable processes to meet growing business demands.
- Partner with Directors, Senior Managers, and other key operational and technical leaders across the organization.
- Own end-to-end delivery for large, ambiguous projects; manage scope and timelines; communicate status, risks, and changes to senior management; demonstrate cross-team coordination and executive-level storytelling.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (pivot tables, charts, lookups, data cleansing, etc.).
Nice to Have
- Master's degree, or MBA in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: USA, NY, New York - 127,200.00 - 185,000.00 USD annually; USA, WA, Bellevue - 115,600.00 - 160,000.00 USD annually.
