RBS Upstream Defects Elimination team is looking for Sr. Program Manager to drive defect elimination for WW Retail under Buying Defects program. In this role, you will be expected to partner with upstream tech, product and retail teams to identify structural defects in the way the buying systems and tools work. You will work closely with senior leadership team in Retail WW to problem solve, identify solutions and deliver cost saving through implementation of systemic fixes. You will work at the juncture of product, GenAI driven tools and business impact creation. Key success factors for this role will be performance on Business goals, Vendor and Customer Experience and COI (Cost Out Initiative) or incremental revenue.
