About the Role As a Sr. Program Manager in AWS Talent Acquisition, you’ll lead initiatives to optimize and accelerate hiring. You’ll partner with TA leadership, HR, and business lines to build scalable mechanisms that attract and hire top talent while improving the candidate experience and measuring program impact. What You'll Do
- Drive initiatives to optimize and accelerate hiring across AWS Talent Acquisition
- Partner with AWS TA and business leaders, HR partners, and internal teams to build scalable mechanisms to attract and hire top talent
- Establish metrics to measure regional program success and share best practices regionally and globally
- Manage end-to-end delivery of programs, communicating results to senior leadership
- Navigate ambiguity and prioritize competing requests from stakeholders; operate in a lean, fast-paced environment
- Build and experiment in a new group with opportunities to create and scale What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Independent, creative, self-driven with ability to work in ambiguous environments with minimal guidance
- Strong project and program management capabilities; ability to prioritize and navigate competing requests from multiple stakeholders
- Excellent writing and communications skills
- Experience working in more than one country/market
- Ability to operate in a lean, fast-paced, entrepreneurial, multi-cultural environment Nice to Have
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Knowledge of general AI tools
- Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments, including forecasting workforce needs and using analytics to drive program decisions
