Job title: Sr. Program Manager
About the Role As the UAE Sr. Program Manager, you will help balance innovation and execution on the Omen program, working in Abu Dhabi to align in-country priorities with Anduril's global program goals. You will liaise with internal teams and external partners, translate strategic intent into actionable plans, and navigate ambiguity to drive major program impact.
What You'll Do
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external clients, and industry partners to gather insights, align objectives, and secure buy-in for strategic initiatives. Act as the local liaison for UAE relationships, including subsystem suppliers, in-country test organizations, facilities establishment, and customer engagements. Communicate outputs such as cost forecasts, schedules, resource requirements, risks, and opportunities.
- Enable Cross Team Collaboration: Manage, unblock, and accelerate cross-team projects across Air Vehicle, Mission Systems, Support Systems, and Production Systems, ensuring vision alignment from development through production.
- Technical Ownership: Drive technical outcomes by understanding system performance, managing risks with Engineering leads, using metrics to derive insights and quantify improvements, and maintaining a customer-facing state of the system.
- Execute Autonomously: Autonomously execute on broad/ambiguous requirements from external clients with high ownership and reliability, becoming a trusted partner to Anduril’s engineers.
- Shape Growth Opportunities: Help draft technical proposals and ensure projects and scaling opportunities are accurately scoped, estimated, and aligned with capabilities.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans with milestones, and oversee UAE allocation of personnel, budget, and resources to ensure successful execution.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing program management role and/or systems engineering in defense, national security, or aerospace
- Proven experience leading a technical team to field hardware or software products through the development lifecycle and into production
- Experience leading product and manufacturing teams through initial low-rate production
- Solid technical aptitude and demonstrated contributions to technical designs, software lifecycle, challenges and risks; ability to work with engineering teams
- Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders across technical levels
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven decision capability
- Ability to work through ambiguity, hands-on attitude, and drive progress
- Experience working with international suppliers and customers
- Eligibility to obtain Secret Clearance
- Availability to travel up to 50% of the time
