- Translate complex business and healthcare operations needs into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to iteratively develop product features, respond to feedback, and refine offerings based on user insights.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, marketing, operations, architecture) to ensure cohesive product development and delivery.
