About the Role Senior Product Manager for Industrial Circuit Protection – Medium Voltage Fuses is responsible for guiding financial analysis and strategic planning for the product lines, shaping pricing strategies, and contributing to the roadmap. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to plan, develop, and bring new products to market.

What You'll Do

• Conducts comprehensive financial analysis and manages strategic plans and activities for the assigned product lines to ensure financial objectives are achieved.
• Plans and leads preparation of quotes for products, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Identifies and develops effective pricing models for the product line(s) and participates in pricing strategies to optimize profitability.
• Contributes to product line strategy and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams; provides input to senior leaders on product lines strategy.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, contributing to new product planning, development, and introduction to the market.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Experience developing pricing models and leading pricing strategies; ability to prepare accurate quotes.

• Experience with new product planning, development, and go-to-market activities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: USD 123,100 – 190,780 per year.
