Job title: Sr Product Manager, Employee Experience
About the Role The Sr Product Manager, Employee Experience will lead efforts to reimagine how Databricks employees and managers interact with internal tools. Working within the IT organization, you’ll help design and deliver a unified, AI-driven experience that combines data, insights, and workflows to improve day-to-day productivity for Bricksters.
What You'll Do
- Define product strategy and roadmap for employee experience initiatives across internal tools.
- Partner with IT, engineering, design, security, and HR to deliver scalable, user-centered features.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from employees and managers; translate them into clear product requirements and success metrics.
- Measure impact, iterate, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product management or equivalent experience shipping internal tools or employee-facing experiences.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with ability to influence across teams.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
- Technical aptitude to work effectively with software engineering teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with enterprise IT, internal tools, or employee experience programs.
- Familiarity with AI-driven product capabilities and data-driven decision making.
