About the Role As Sr. Product Manager for the Databricks AI team, you will define and drive the vision for enterprise AI capabilities. You will partner with engineering and research to translate AI breakthroughs into practical, trusted tools for millions of users, shaping how customers build with AI at scale.
What You'll Do
- Define and drive the vision for Databricks' AI products, including generative AI, agents, and new workloads.
- Partner with engineering and research teams to turn AI advancements into practical tools for customers.
- Engage directly with data and AI leaders to uncover new use cases and design scalable products that are accessible and repeatable.
- Inspire the roadmap, guide engineering, and tell the story of how Databricks AI changes what customers can achieve.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product management or equivalent experience, preferably with enterprise SaaS or developer platforms.
- Strong technical background in computer science, AI/ML, or related engineering fields.
- Proven ability to partner with senior engineers and research leaders, translating technical concepts into clear customer value.
- Track record of bringing products from vision to launch in fast-moving, competitive spaces.
- Strong analytical skills—comfortable working with SQL, product usage data, and dashboards.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage diverse stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits
- Zone 2 Pay Range: USD 148,800 — USD 204,525 per year.
- The total compensation package may include annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits as listed.
