As a Sr Procurement Buyer here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will be responsible for managing and executing the organization's procurement and purchasing activities at a strategic level. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Oversee complex procurement projects from initiation to completion
• Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate terms, and maintain supplier relationships
• Monitor and control procurement costs, ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards
• Manage procurement budget, allocate resources efficiently, and leverage technology solutions for process enhancement

Qualifications

• YOU MUST HAVE

• 5 Years of experience in procurement and project management

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex procurement projects

• Strong negotiation and contract management skills

• Proficiency in budget management and financial acumen

• In-depth knowledge of procurement strategies, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management
